Yea, it looks like Cutler has a company in mind to merge into ASPE. The latest filing for ASPE says that at the next shareholder meeting, they want to vote for a new name for the company. I think the reason CCVR's price is so high is because the o/s is very small. I tried to pick some up at the bid but I didn't have any luck.
