? It's Wood Gasification isn't it?

"Wood gasification is the process of heating wood in an oxygen-starved environment until volatile pyrolysis gases (carbon monoxide and hydrogen) are released from the wood. Depending on the final use of the typically low-energy wood (producer) gas (150 Btu/ft¹ (5.6 MJ/m¹)), the gases can be mixed with air or pure oxygen for complete combustion and the heat produced transferred to a boiler for energy distribution. Otherwise, the gases can be cooled, filtered, and purified to remove tars (a major concern for any wood gasification process) and particulates and used asfuel for internal combustion engines, microturbines, andgas turbines."

And one of Laidlaw's mgmt-- Louis T Bravakis -- is one of 3 inventors awarded patent number 5,279,234 on January 18, 1994 for a controlled clean-emission biomass gasification heating system/method.

jscot & your incorrect information about LLEG:
yes we are going to burn the the trees and NO we are not extracting the "sugar"

even the interview we had on 247 @ tofs said this same thing.... no sugar extract ~ its NOT what we do or will do @ lleg, and yes we will be burning fast grown willow trees....
we also have a secondary land developement with Sunny to possibly help grow the trees for us to burn......

even the oposition was complaining that BURNING the wood would polute.... but our studies have disprooven this...

p.s thats what the "stack" needs to be there for

please re-do your DD with LLEG, bc as you see, we must a different type of bio-mass plant than you are thinking

I hope this helps shed some accurate light for you

p.s. the "heat" generated from the "burning" is what will be used for our secondary deal with fraser paper also.... just a FYI/lol
