great looking forward to it! one more question:

i managed to get the folder "Hot Boards" to update in RT (1minute) like you explained in your flash-tutorial.

via File -> Manage Feeds

but i just cant change that option on other folders :(

i made 2 new folders ("Stocks" and "Options") and would like to make them update minutely too, but when i go to Manage Feeds i just can "manage" the ones in the folder "Hot Boards".

i tried a lot but cant figure it out. marking the folder first and then going to manage feeds doesnt work as well.

thanks very much for helping and thanks in general for sharing this idea with the rest. i would mark you more often if i could, you already made me nice money with your picks!
