We know that the paperwork for the name and symbol change was delivered to NASD on Feb 22. It has been confirmed by multiple posters who called NASD.

So how is it that Aquagold didn't deliver? Right now it's in the hands of NASD. They, not the company issue the new trading symbol.

Are things taking a bit longer than we and the company hoped? Yes but that is not uncommon in business or the market in general.

how do you 'know' they wont deliver?
they have on everything else they said would happen.
you have no base for this, so please explain. im interested in hearing the path to where you came from

Maybe if you called the Nasdaq and stopped talking out of an alternate orifice you'd see they did file the paperwork and that it's being reviewed.

Call Nasdaq. I did. I was told Aquagold filed the paperwork when they said they did and Nasdaq is reviewing them. We are waiting on Nasdaq. Aquagold has done their part just like they said. Give them a call on Monday. It is pretty easy to do.
