That might the difference, Judaism is considered a religion in virtually all countries of the world. The Church of Scientology is not, it is considered a sect or cult in some countries.

If he is criticizing the religion of an officer of a public company, although in bad taste, it is not a personal attack.

If he were to do the same thing to another Ihub member, it would be.
