PV has no legal relationship whatsoever with SLJB Nevada. He already ran SBS into the ground, and apparently SLJB Ontario right along with it.

He has no control whatsoever over the outcome of SLJB Nevada. That's all up to Steve Sulja, the current CEO. Well...that is, Steve and the regulatory commissions.
