I forgot to tell them that I had DSL~ :-( It IS with Verizon also, match~ Now I'm wondering what they tested. It is so DAMN difficult to talk to a LIVE person, but I guess that is what I'll have to try to do today. The DSL side is fine, just the phone line w/no dial tone. ;<} Is it possible that the splitter has gone "bad" ??
