2. No financial statements
3. No communication with shareholders (PR's or email)
4. They don't answer the phone
5. The so called management have run other companies into the ground.

I don't think there ever was a company. They haven't done anything they said they would in years. They just start talking about a new scam and won't answer any quetions on their past scams. It just amazes me that there is always somebody out there that will keep on buying. Always at a lower price but this thing isn't worth anything and it never was.
