Well, to put it plainly, IMO, there's been excessive selling...lol
I know that sounds extremely simplistic, but as josey has accepted we just don't know whats taking place.
We do know that the TA will NOT provide up-to-date share structure information, which makes us think its dilution, but its just unknown.
Some say they have contacted the company and been told there has been no dilution, which I'm not sure whether I'd be willing to accept them on their word, but its still an unknown.
It could also be Short Selling, which would have had to have been taken to extreme Levels to account for the excessive volume we've seen since the end of October 2007.
If I had to make a guess, I'd be more inclined to believe its a combination of the two. But I'd be more inclined to feel that the majority of our sold shares have come from increases to the Authorized Shares without shareholder knowledge.
We were actually beginning to think it was subsiding and coming to an end, only to see it back to extreme levels again today. However, we all know that Fridays are typically bad selloff days for Pinksheet stocks, as many aren't willing to hold them over the weekend, for good reason I might add...lol
