The big point that bothers me is how long is it going to be before we see an increase in our pps instead of continous decreases?
I understand Tom is trying to make Hackett's profitable by paying off the mortgages & such with convertibles (that do not affect the profit margin) but that is at the cost of shareholders which has done all of this for him.
From what I gather, there are 800,000,000 more shares they can dilute us with.
Now if Tom was to retire 25% of his "80% ownership" then it may not be too bad on us. But with him always owning the 80% without buybacks, etc then basically it's just sticking it to us !
