AS of Feb 19th (about 2 weeks ago) it was still the same. I havent checked since then. IMO the O/S is still pretty reasonable. I see many companies issuing hundreds of thousand and even billions of new shares at one time.

Received update today on the O/S via email.
Still no change in the O/S since Jan 10th update

The total o/s for SPRL is 520,870,591 shares.
