Wasn't 5000sq about the size of St. Pete? Some were saying 5000 was too small to fit everything after H3 left that local. Some concerns were the amount of video set up's allowed in St. Pete do too zoning. Do you feel the same in Miami? Will they be also trying to put a recording studio in as well?
