Even if the March JDZ comment is in error it is nice to see some exposure, very positive exposure. Do not discount it just because it was not US journalism, I doubt many Nigerians read the WSJ.

Is there a time limit the SEC has from the time they open an investigation to the time they have to file charges, or can they ultimately hold a company hostage forever...

You're probably right, anyway according to Oily there are at least 75 drill ships along with Offor in hip boots and a shovel going at it already in the JDZ. LOL
