Given the stilted language and poor command of English, I think it is more likely a misstatement. Probably meant next March.

Strategy, my gut says no...

More likely Sylvan told the reporter the Abraham was being retrofitted and it is scheduled to be complete and sail in March. I think the reporter jumped to the conclusion that it would go to the JDZ first.

JMHO, but if it were due in the JDZ this month surely we would've heard about it.

WHOA guys and gals. I think the JDZ reference was an error. If indeed the Abraham re-work is finished in March 08 (which is a very real possibilty) remember that Kosmos gets it for 8 drilling slots before we do. The third quarter 2009 still stands imo, unless we can negotiate use of one of their slots for earlier drilling...thus the talk of a rig of opportunity - maybe thats where the JDZ reference comes from.
