I talked with Matt Lindland (team quest)..(really..He is a client of mine here in Portland)

He said Dana is very controlling and isnt keen on signing contracts with fighters for just one fight. He said a lot of folks in the UFC (veteran fighters) dont like Dana too much anymore...They think his ego is a little too large and he is very controlling.
