I have no clue what is on the Scipion for treasure. I do know that there are over 70 shipwrecks in Samana Bay. I also know DPBM have a contract to salvage more than just the Scipion. I do know that DPBM owns their boat so we no longer have to lease Tracy Bowdens boat and have to break off our salvage operation for someone elses commitment. I don't believe in owning stock in a company go on to a board like this bash the hell out of it and expect it to go up. In history I look at Mel Fisher and all the hurdles he went through 16 yrs. OMEX also started out the same way. These companies are doing rather well but ever OMEX took 8 yrs to get to where they are today and now being sue for their discovery.
