The press release says they still need another regulatory approval in order to start the trial (for the 2nd trial, or both, isn't clear). Hopefully that approval is only a formality. I doubt Cortex would have issued today's press release if they thought there would be a problem. Still, it seems somewhat misleading to announce in bold headlines that the trial is starting, but only to read this caveat in the fine print.
