juanly... You do understand that the dividend was Johns way of preparing you for the up coming Reverse split party right?

You see those preferred will be protected from the RS and then you will get 3 for 1 when the day comes in the future to convert back to common when the price is back up?

This is how he can justify selling shares in the triple zero's right now! He now has experience in RS just look at his other Pink company!

He will say he is looking out to protect the long term investors!!!
