Hey Olive Oil! I have to file a lawsuit in Virginia next week. Man, the Commonwealth sure has some different laws. I could have settled this case in Texas in a heartbeat. No bad faith for insurance companies in Virginia. Underinsured motorist coverage is worthless unless it's in an amount higher than the liability limits are, thus providing the person with absolutely NOTHING for their premium, unless the other party is uninsured. REALLY strange laws there, when compared to the rest of the nation. Not saying it's not a dandy state, but they sure have some laws that SUCK! LOL You get to work on correcting that, K? LOL
