Printmail is right its in the filings,

I found 7 million, plus a % of that amount for interest. I don't think they can pay the debt off either, I can't remember but someone said since it is an old debt that they are bound to the agreement.
I wish I could remember where I heard that. But the reason the A/S is 8 billion is that it has to be double the amount of the loan. So we actually owe the lender 4 billion shares plus interest. Its not a good situation.
NYorker is right this will easily be at 1 billion by years end, even if SH makes enough to start covering the monthly bills there is still the debt and the lender is ruthless he just wants his money.
I am not sure where the 9 million debt came from. Maybe they didn't read the filings which canceled out 1.5 from the stronghold BK.
