Don't kick yourself. NO ONE is that smart. Say you sold at $.55 and it was now $2.00. How would you feel about that? I would go nuts. I can deal with a pull back far better. The last thing I want to do is miss one running. The only way to do that is to stay in or be willing to get back in at a higher price as it starts to runs.

Yeah I agree with PKG - we all knew it would fall down a little but if any of us knew it'd be here... well more people would be a little happier right now with a great flip and loading up to do it again.
