I spoke to Nicole earlier and she gave me completely different figures - I just called back and she said her computer is being strange and pulling up different figures each time she checks it, she will call me back when she gets it cleared up.

The numbers she gave me an hour ago were much lower then the ones you stated. I also verified with DE SOS yesterday AS was 910M with 10M preferred as stated in the filings NOT 2.5B!

Earlier Nicole stated

AS 910M

OS 217M (of which 32M are restricted)leaves 185M OS (matches SEC filings)

Also of the OS 122M were held by Richard Rubin

would leave the float around 63M

TOTALLY different picture! You can just look at L2 and see this is a low floater.
