This includes excluding Sat and Sun from the 10 day post reference.
Some companies even include Fridays as a none business day as well. Which would even exclude Another day from the 10 day post!$$$$

In my own opinion. It would make more sense to pound the market with news one hour before close on a friday!--- Why?

It would trigger an immediate buy!

And would also allow the big players to look into this company over the weekend!
Two days over the weekend would give the company enough time to get ready for a lot of people standing infront of the PRSU or Baron market maker!

Friday would be my best pick for a day to announce a successful Reverse merger hidden shell PEARL$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
