As far as I know, there is no regulations on doing a RS. I owned EWorld Corp when is was EWDC and it did a 500:1 split about 4 months later turning into EWDI. Then it did another reverse 3 months after that and is now EWRL. I think my 7,000,000 original shares have magically turned into about 20. Anyone know anything different in relation to RS's? This could be the scenario with ASII. If that's the case it will probably go to .0001 and eventually sit with no evident bid before they reverse it. There are too many large block shares being dumped so something is up. It definitely fits the scenario for a possible reverse.
