You are putting too much emphasis on the legal side. In buisness these things just seem to go away all the time, (especially civil cases). People settle for cents on the dollar and go on with their lives. As far as being dead in this area, there is the whole U.S. which seems to be the major target for growth. One thing G.H said that really did make sense was 5 years needed to be a winner. It won't be a quick fix, that is for sure. So put it in a drawer somewhere and tune in next decade.
