It may make it through to registration, or not. Remember 'Simply Comfort' was originally going to be trademarked 'Sound Body'.

They can go ahead with the announcement like they did for the S.C. products.

Simply Comfort Trademark was Allowed for Registration on Feb.6,2008-"2008-02-06 - Allowed for Registration - Principal Register (SOU accepted)"
(10 months after application filed). About 3 weeks after Trademark was Allowed for Registration we saw Announcement of Simply Comfort Items for sale on Smarthome.com.I would expect the same process for Lithium to Go Batteries.
