Thanks...I actually figured out later this was where you were headed

and then it made sense.
It's possible there's some gfci-ftxn/vyey relationship, but I would add that it only exists if the SEC finds that it does.

If it existed in a concrete fashion that someone had uncovered,
by now someone would be screaming lawsuit.

My only hope is the SEC investigation straightens things out, otherwise....it's toast.
