long term shareholders
of record .. which i do

they walk a fine line

they need *liquidity* in
their stock to attract
institutional investors

even if it's just the
*boutique* kind ..

on the other hand ..

they can't do too large
of a r/s cause what happens
to those 65 percenters ..

you know the ones who did the
pp with aero .. and they interface
with <most likely> every day of the week

that list likely includes family members
friends of friends .. friends of employees
and fellow *business* associates in their community

time will tell
