About taking over the shell. I think any holdings Alcar has will become first the property of people that are owed money.
Then accredited investors, or anyone else who wants to be repaid from Alcar.
The shareholders are the last on a long list of people who would get paid first. It is unfortunate but true. I appreciate your enthusiasm as to trying to recoup something here, but unfortunately shareholders are always the last to be paid.
Look into it a bit, you will see. Sorry gator.
