Not your imagination, but ONCO pretty much goes down all the time. 5 of the last 28 days were up, only 2 were consecutive. That is pretty typical of the last year of trading here.
Just waiting for a nice low-float pop.
Maybe after Caveat Emptor is lifted, acquisition is completed, manipulation stops - and contract PRs start coming out, along with further steps toward transparency and legitimacy...
