Everyone without question would have to ask who in the world would buy into this?............maybe he took some out of Aumn and bought some on the open market, but I have a hard time believing he would investing any money but since he is in control or his MM of the selling the risk has been taken away.......when new certs are issued to the shareholder this won't be present if his is the case. Could be just the MM and his buddies manipulating it. They are as corrupt as he is.
Faz the truth about these r/s's..........the companies don't have to do a symbol change or get a new cik number assigned to them. This is done for all the obvious reasons.........one of the last things Berman cares about is how many shares are o/s and the 10,000,000,000 a/s's and a 504D in place is indicative of this. A sharecount of approx 700k meant he wanted to make as dramatic a share reduction as he could so shareholders could eat what he was wanting to dish out.......
I want to be the next one to be doing the serving up. He needs to taste my cooking to see how it measures up?. I would prefer preparing it in front of him.
He did this so he can loot more money, his historical record and charts prove this.
