You didn't miss anything Waxman. The hype was based on what we, largely Mike, was able to uncover in the court records. It would be great to hear something from Pat or a PR statement or something. That has not been their style in the past. We know the test process was completed and forwarded to Vitusa concerniing NanofilterCX and a press release could have been sent out legitimately and was not. We know they won or lost this court case and a press release could legitimately go out and has not, yet. Maybe folks are accumulating at low levels. Maybe management is concerned about the SEC history USGA has with inaccurate PR's. Other ideas?
