That basically says the SEC is even more useless then I thought they were.


This is always good to know:

These ”Off Market” trades are typically used by larger investors to buy larger lots at prearranged prices without risking to drive the price upward or downward.

It is about who you know, and how much money you have. I don't like it.

Thanks indurango. If I read that correctly it is either large investors "off market" buying large blocks or unusual short covering ???
