While I agree with you, the fascinating thing about the whole margining is that it shows that CTUM is 'coming of age'.

Imagine the average daily volume once (billion dollar marketcap) CTUM can be bought (on margin) by all the major brokerages?

Just the 'becoming marginable' (on a broader scale) is almost reason enough for a f/s.
