The real story here, despite everything you cite being true, is how does this obvious 9 year old scam continue to survive? Not only to survive but to raise large sums of money almost at will? That is what I find fascinating. Sure, they can fire up the printing press and print millions of shares, but eventually some poor retail investor has to write a check.

HOwever, from what I have heard, Ray's ego was up to the task. They somehow finagled Lucent into doing a test and releasing the "results". The PRs were stunning - Lucent had verified that this technology worked as advertised.

Yes, results were released but Lucent wouldn't let them use their name in a PR. Only way it was verified that Lucent tested anything was in the filing they were able to use their name. Also like all the other tests no specs were given under what kind of conditions it was tested just general terms which experts say doesn't allow anyone to truly know what was going on.

Also, if people remember the Lucent test was delayed for quite some time. They put out a PR stating it was because they had found new enhancements to the tech. Sold more shares!
That enhancement PR was a LIE! BIG LIE!

John Howell made the mistake of telling me the TRUTH about that when we met up down in Oregon. Big mistake Johnny boy!
The TRUTH was one of the engineers freaked out and took off because he couldn't get the concept to work for testing.
Had zip to do with enhancements.
