Still holding long term position for news....so the 1.4 Billion (approx.) shares outstanding pretty much caps the authorized 1.5 billion, unless I;m missing something? Any more chance of dilution here?

simple, he really hasn't posted anything that isn't in print. Read the last Berlin, NH local newspaper article, it backs up the $80M financing that's on the way. Isn't that enough proof?
This stock moves on low volume, that's a good thing. Didn't take us much to get to .0024, probably take less volume next time on the news release. This should pop right thru .003 and with additional releases could go further if they are put out every other day or so. Selling should dry up, when the volume stagnates for an hour it usually makes a turn up or down. I'm guessing up since the company is supposed to report on the deal any day now. GL
