Why burn cash if you don't have to? The worst thing a small start-company needs in more money to spend. Lets see where it goes.

That is yout the initial cost. I believe Eric mentioned once that it would also require the company to hire another full time employee just to keep up with the paperwork. I would rather have them use the money for better things.
