Well when their radiation output can be as much as 1000 times that of the Dominion 80% less still equates to 200 times more. This trend will continue, which I believe it should but there are significant design constraints in how they approach CT right now which will limit the reduction. It is too complex to describe in a single email, but it has a lot to do with the hardware and overall approach to CT which makes it produce such larger amounts of radiation. A physicist and I could debate this for months.
