I have no idea how large... if there is no other financing going on, then it has to be some sort of large shareholder(s) siting there unloading the boat....
I don't believe the "shorty" argument, because why would people be shorting on what is supposed good news? Makes no sense to me... in my mind, they would begin to cover their shorts...
Sounds like people are confident the dilution is done, so my guess would be it's just large retailers taking profits...
