You are right Braden... Extra went short - by his own admission at .035 and is holding a 73% loss right now, but of course, he would have had margin calls by now of 7300% because of the extra margin OTCBB retail shorters are required to put up if they really did short a penny stock...
Very doubtful a retail shorter at .035 would still be allowed to have that position at .066, and remember, .07, which COPI hit, was a 100% wipeout for shorters!
