Agree, but with what VELI is offering and the Federal Government mandating schools to implement with the risk of losing PELL and Federal Perkins loans if they don't comply, I think these estimates are low IMO. The Fed's in addition to mandating the schools to comply as well as supplementing the cost is unprecidented for this company. .25 seems like a more likly pps for early 2008 IMO.
