What you are saying is a known fact and has been know for years.
My children are all very well educated. Now its up to you young people to fight the fight. If not for the country then for your own kids. Stop spoiling the brats and kick some butt. they have to not only be educated but lead the fight to see the standards of education are raised. Its beyond me, I no longer have the will nor the strength to smash heads. This has to be done if we are to survive as a leader. Stop being your kids best friend and be their parents.

There are still some out there who are doing a wonderful job, and still some very good students with high morals. It takes parents to do it, who are willing to say no, not be their buddy. Mom always said, you cannot be your child's best friend. It interferes with being a good parent. I passed that on to my children, and guess what? 3 grandchildren in the top ten of their graduating classes, all college material.2 already there. It is not easy being a parent, and hard to say no, but you have to do it. I know it is not politically correct, but all went to Sunday School and Church!
