jfr30, Thanks for setting that straight. I went back over the previous posts and I see where I made the wrong guess. it says " free and clear " I took that to mean free trading. See below.
They are a small public company and they have agreed to give us a very fair price for the equipment in KW and also take over the house and the shop plus purchase all the boats there and excess dive equipment.
They are paying us in stock of their company, and their stock will be announced at the closing which should happen by March 15th - 20th
The shares they are giving us total $5,000,000 which will be paid to the shareholders as a dividend.
The shares will be sent right to your account through the DTC and will show up as a position that you own free and clear.
