That notice went out over a month ago and many of those warrant holders probably executed weeks ago. In that time the stock rose from 1.18 to 1.71 with very little apparent selling interest. One would think if warrant holders wanted to cash out they would have had ample opportunity over the last several weeks.

I have reservations about this one as I do with every single holding but it does seem these people are more interested in holding for a bigger payout than they are in selling at least right now. Can't say I blame them. There are some reasons to think there is going to be a pretty good quarterly report forthcoming.

This also puts them closer to their equity requirement for an amex listing if they have not gotten there already.

im confused, the CIG offering was 2.1 million shares
and we figured there where approx 300,000 shares to go.

is this 1.74 million shares part of the CIG or is this additional.

other than that..i have been holding and enjoying the run
