This will be diluted...we all know that
the only question is how much? No one
likes it either. The bottom line is
things are happening. Soon sales people
will be trained and soon the product will
be "on the shelves." Again, if you aren't
trusting of the company...or if you are
not willing to wait, an easy decision
awaits.

Correct. When I see serious bid whacking, I think naked short, not company dilution. Most pennies have both and one time or another....I see no reason not to expect the same here.
