Tsafi, as you know, you have to go several
times to government offices before you actually get service. Do you think it is any different with a product made in Israel? Open a bank account, go to the DMV, get a marriage license, or any other official thing and it takes three visits at least. I can wonder how Yaacov even manages with taxes and run-arounds much less sees Russian bussiness people in Tel Aviv. Who has time? I'm amazed that's he's gotten this far!!! And that he has makes me a believer. No one gets this far in Israel that they don't pay and pay dearly. My hat off to Yaacov.
