I would bet my life that this stock will never trade. If, by some miracle it does, it will tank instantly as Rick and his boy Norm sell millions upon millions of shares into the market to make a quick buck.

Smoke and mirrors, that's all it is. Rick and Norm do nothing but jump from ticker symbol to ticker symbol soaking penny gamblers for every cent they have. It's not my opinion, it's verifiable fact.
Check on the SEC litigation against Norm (who owns Banx and Green) for deciding to not file anymore while he was CFO of Neometrix. He did it again with Beere Financial Equity. Get all the shareholder cash by dumping treasury into the market, then just stop filing and shut down operations. The shareholders get zip.
My guess is that they don't even bother filing a registration statement. How can they? If this used to be Beere Financial Equity like Rick says, then they'll know Norm is the SAME Norm that stopped reporting last time, so that'll be a no go.
What a farce all this is turning out to be. Funny that RGNO just did a 1-500 reverse split and became AMGG, and describe their recent acquisitions and nary a word about CPN that Rick supposedly sold to them.
S-C-A-M...Period.
