i know the TA authenticates the certs

whoever called Pam Thompson and accepted her authentication is who i was talking about.

that SHOULD be the brokers that accepted them, and/or the DTCC itself..

you see why Pam is in a little more trouble than has already been indicated?

she KNEW she was not the TA, there is no way she can claim that she acted in good faith on that..
