'When the new Global shares are registered(ie after conversion)
and able to be distributed,GBRC stock transfer agent (Olde Monmouth Stock Transfer Co. Inc.) will notify you and advise as to the procedure.You will need to return present certificates when requested by Monmouth and will receive new Global in return. Old certificates will then be cancelled and MSRM?CRC dissolved'. (Mobile Stream and Carbon Recovery)

This was the advice from the Shareholder's letter issued by Global in July 2007. Obviously you will have to hold the certificates in your name for this to happen. As advised by DM contacting JA should answer any remaining queries....although getting response is not always straightforward.
