True. But I imagine getting oil off our own coast and delivering it to our refineries would cost a whole lot less than shipping it from Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Iran or where ever else we get it. Therefore, the cost of a barrel going into the pipeline would be less. Wouldn't it?
